7-Day Return Period
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to decide if the artwork is right for your space. If you’re not completely happy with it, you may return the original piece for a refund.
To qualify for a return, the artwork must be:
In its original condition, and
Sent back using the original packaging and shipping materials to keep itsafe in transit.
Please contact me first at Laureelindsayart@yahoo.com to arrange the return and get a quote for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once the artwork is safely received (less return shipping charges).
Damaged or Faulty Items
All artworks are packed with care, but if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please:
Take clear photos of the packaging before opening it.
Photograph the damaged artwork or frame.
Email the images and your order details to Laureelindsayart@yahoo.com.
You can choose either:
A replacement piece of equal value, or
A full refund of your purchase price.
